フフホトとひまわりと旅のおわりと
フフホトでの３日間の滞在でネット環境が悪かったので、おそらく今回の旅行での中国からの投稿はこれで最後になるかと思います。
比較的こう言う時には感傷的になるタチなのですが、帰国を一ヶ月ほど早めたせいか、帰国してからまた色々な意味で
「始まる」（再開？）するという感覚が強いせいか、至っていつも通りです。
そう言えば、成都からフフホトまでの道のりで、特に内モンゴル自治区に入ったあたりでひまわりをたくさんみかけました。
私事ですが、あまり小さい頃からたくさんのひまわりを見かけてきた記憶がなかったもので、内モンゴルの乾燥した山々を背景に
見ると中々夢心地でした。
帰国後の予定を自戒もこめてざっくりと記しておきますと、帰国後一週間程度は千葉にいる予定で、
その後埼玉に戻って復学します。言い訳なしの就活生なので、特にこのブログをご覧下さっている皆様には帰国後ますます
お世話になることが予想されますが、幾つか旅行ネタも持参していますので、何卒お付き合いください。
それではまた！

～宴会～ 中国にて
旅行中、たまに中国の友人と再会することがあります。
当然ながら、基本的に自分はゲストで、向こうはホストな訳です。
特に食事に招かれた際に、月に一度は「腹二十分目」まで飲み食いされることもしばしば。
もともと国土が広いだけあって、その人のまさに「地元」を訪ねたときの
先方側のもてなし方は盛大です。
先日、四川省の地方に住む友人を尋ねた際は、男４人に友人の弟（１０歳）も含めての大宴会。
同世代の友人が、10歳の弟相手に「飲めよ」と言ってビールを半ば強引に薦め、かつそれを渋い顔して飲み干す
弟君は圧巻。
その弟君、最初はシャイな感じで可愛かったのですが、食事が進むにつれ段々にこやかになる、これは
かわいらしくてよい。が、その内「乾杯」を10数回繰り返した後の自分に「吃不吃？（食べる？）」
と言って飯を再三再四よそいはじめる。だんだんかわいくなくなってくる。
おまけに兄貴に「说，请多吃点吧（年上なのだから、「食べますか？」と言いなさい。）」
とマナー指導までされて、また満面の笑みで僕に「请多吃点」、食べない訳にはいかない。
あー美味しい、楽しい、だが困る。
あー旨い、楽しい、だが酔っ払う。
そんな夜更け。
ちなみにその夜は宿のある成都まで戻る列車が大雨で4時間遅れ、就寝はAM4時になりました。

need of competition
Walking street,hungry,looking for some cheep restraunt.
But don't wanna spend anything for dissapointing fried rice or noodle.
What makes me choose which restraunt to go is, competency,whether the
place you choose is surronded by the other restraunt or not.
It may be too much to say for daily choice for meal,but what I wannna
say is competence is important. Competency makes competitor work
hard.If you're customer,it allow you to enjoy cheaper price, if you're
competitor,it encourage you to work harder.
You don't always work to death or cheat to beat your competitor.
Just compete with your all might makes you stronger,mentally and physically.
Especially after got into university,fortunately, I was encouraged by
so many hard-working competitor(they probably not regard me as
such,but I rather use this term).
We don't fight or literally compete,but I believe its important to be
with someone who can always learn from them.
During my trip,I again fortunately met with so many
competitors.(rival,or friends, whatever) May be 5 or 10years later,I
don't wanna meet them again with my head dropped.
Just do it,to meet them with my head up.

成都よりーお土産下手と買物好き
以前も書いたかもしれませんが、私、買物好きなのです。
といっても中国であまり伝統民族関係、服関係に食指が動かない自分は、
もっぱら行く先々の町でアウトドアグッズを物色するのを楽しんでいます。
ここ成都はバックパッカー憧れの地、チベットが近いこともあり、「キャンプグッズ通り」
なるものが存在して、昨日はもっぱらそこで午後を過ごしました。
一方で帰国が2週間後に迫る中で、旅行の旅に自分を悩ます「土産」が頭をよぎります。
自分は買物上手だとは決して言えませんが、「土産べた」ということには自身があります。
先日大旅行を成し遂げた友人が、帰国後世界各国で買い集めた雑貨をお土産に配っていました。
そのセンスの良さに驚く一方で、痛い土産しか買った覚えのない自分がいます。
「バックパックだから、荷物になるし最後の最後で買おう。。。」と思いつつ、
帰国の途に発つ空港でしまったーと思うのが常です。
どなたか、魅力的なお土産を買うコツを知っていたら教えて頂きたいものです。。。
そんなこんなで、成都4日目に突入しました。
ここに24日まで滞在して、35時間の列車で一気に内モンゴル省の省都、フフホトに北上します。

Asian innocence
Hello
Today's blog goes as follows.
Leave for Chengdu soon...
I will leave for Chengdu tonight.
Before I leave,let me introduce some conversation with guy from Swiss and Italy.
The Swiss guy was travelling around the world by bycicle and talked
about "Asian innocence" which I heard for the first time.
He said,"During my trip, I felt lots of Asian innocence "
I replied,"What's that?"
What he meant was those bad manner of Asian people,but also said
they(We?in a way)look so innocent even if they done bad behavior in
Europian context.
Let me give you an example.
In the dorm, we usually have reading light for each bed,but usually
it's said(In European context,may be,but I believe most Japanese
people do the same) after 11;00pm or someone is sleeping,we turn the
light off and try to be quiet.
But this one cute lady came back at room at around 1;00am, turn on the
big light,in the room,start to make noize like a tyhoon.(word from
Italian guy)
She doesn't mean to bother your sleep,but she just don't have any idea
its annoying.
According to Italian guy, "China developed so fast that those people
just didn't catch up with the world standard" Here I'm not saying
Chinese people are careless or anything,what I'm saying is when you
try to cope with the people from different culture, you have to change
your context,or at least try to make two different culture closer.
After all,every country is made of people.
It's reckless to say "I don't like America" or "I don't like Asian"
Not the best conclusion,but I have to go now or I'll miss my train.
Write again in Chengdu!

Stay in Vietnam
August 8
Stayed in Vietnam for 2weeks,it was really a nice change.
First of all,I was seen as "tourist".
For some reason I am often seen as Chinese in many countries,but in
Vietnam I finally became real"tourist".Those cyclo drivers raised
their hand to catch me for ride everywhere in the street, On my side I
have no hint what local people are talking about,and ended up in
speaking Enlglish.
Its all happen when you travel, but for me it was new.
And now I'm back in China,back to blend into local people for another month.
I thought I always wanted to be close to the local culture when I
travel,but sometimes just you can't do that,and this time I enjoyed it
very much.
And helped by those shy smile by Vietnamese people, I regained my
energy for the lest of travel.
Head for Kunming tonight!

時は金なり？金ならないが…
この３ヵ月、やっぱり長く感じました。
以前も書きましたが、日本にいると何かと忙しくしてしまい、かつそんな日常が好きな自分としてしては、朝起きて何も予定が無い日が繰り返される旅の日々は非常に新鮮・・・だったのは最初の３日間。
体良く言えば、４ヶ月間自分と向き合う日々な訳です。そしてそれがしたかったのです。
あと３０日、満喫させて頂きます。
そして帰国後少なくとも30年は怒涛のような日々を過ごす体力を蓄えている…つもりです
以前も書きましたが、日本にいると何かと忙しくしてしまい、かつそんな日常が好きな自分としてしては、朝起きて何も予定が無い日が繰り返される旅の日々は非常に新鮮・・・だったのは最初の３日間。

AFPばんざい
AFPという国際組織をご存知でしょうか
Financial Planner ではありません。
Association of France Panのことです。
フランス植民地期の影響が食文化に残るここベトナムでは、至る所でバケットサンドの露天があり、また非常に美味しい。
ハードブレッドに目がない自分としては、大変嬉しい日々を過ごしております。
日本のコンビニで売っているような握るとクシャッと潰れてしまいそうなパンよりは、断然腹持ちもよくかつ健康的です。
カンボジア、ベトナムと行ってフランス占領の残したものは高齢者のフランス語とフランスパンのみといったらフランス人は怒るでしょうが、バケットが美味しいことは事実です。
今日はこれからホーチンミンに移動するので、いつになく下らないトピックのみでご勘弁下さい。

Yes, I am tourist
Today is 4th day in Hanoi.
I walked around lots of places in Hanoi in these fer days.
And what I feel is,I am tourist.
I mean, I've been tourist for these 3monthes,but I realized that I'm typical one in since I come to Vietnam.
Why? Because those people in Hanoi know I'm foreigner.
Some taxi driver try to cheat you,some people try to sell products,etc...
I'm not saying Vietnam is not fun,rather,I'm enjoying very much so far.
I was just too used to be a turtle-like tourist in China,may be.
So take me everywhere motor-bike drivers,just be careful not to use cell-phone during drive.(I'm telling you,please)

ビジネスアワーから考えてみた
中国～ベトナムの国境で最低限のお金を日焼けした笑顔がまぶしいおじさんから両替しただけだったので、
今日はホステル近郊で両替を試みました。
ベトナムの銀行の営業時間は、もちろん個々に差はありますが大体平日の9：00～11：30、昼休みを一時間半挟んで13：00～16：00。
この昼休み「一時間半」が中々どうして曲者です。朝起きてゆっくり朝食を取って出かけるのが大体１０時過ぎになる自分にとっては、少しレート等を比べていると
昼休みになってしまいました。午後になって昼寝でもして寝過ごそうものなら、NGです。
３月にカンボジアにいた際にもその生活ペースの朝志向に驚きましたが、これってすごくその国の国民性に影響を与えていると思います。
日本とベトナムどちらが良いかと言った議論には答えが出ないのでしませんが、例えば日本の昼休み１時間が立ち食い蕎麦文化を生んで、
ベトナムの昼休み一時間半が多くのベトナム人の一旦帰宅して家族と昼食を共にする文化を生んだとは考えられないでしょうか。
いや、まてよ、昼休みにウチに帰って家族と昼食を食べたいから、昼休みが一時間半になったのか．．．？
疑問は尽きない

ハノイ到着
朝６時に南寧のホステルを出発し、９時～１２時過ぎまで昼ごはん休憩を挟みながらベトナムとの
国境に到着。陸路での初国境越えに若干緊張するのと蒸し暑い陽気に汗ばむ手でパスポートを握り締めながらも、大過なく税関をくぐりぬけてハノイに到着しました。
ベトナム側に入った瞬間にいっせいに目に入るベトナム語の看板に国境越えを実感します。（当たり前といえば当たり前ですが）
そして、先ほど夕食探しに出かけた際に四方八方からバイタクに声をかけられる自分、レストランに入っても指差しが関の山の
自分がいます。言葉にするのが難しいですが、ふりだしに戻った感というのが一番近い感情なきがします。
さぁ２週間のベトナム紀行、どんなドタバタがまっているのでしょうか

南寧経由、ハノイ行き
今日のブログです。
なんとここのホステルではウィンドウズ７が使えました(笑)
中国とベトナムを結ぶ国境沿いの省、広西チワン族自治州の省都、南寧に昨日到着しました。高地で気温も３０度を越えることは滞在中は稀だった貴陽から比べると、列車を降りた瞬間から南部特有の湿気がムワっと顔に当たりつける。
つい先日まで台風警報が出てたくらいだから当たり前か、むしろ到着時に雨が降っていないだけツイてる方かもしれない。そういえば今までも一番体力を消耗する駅→ホステルの時に雨に降られたことは大連くらいでしかない。日頃の行いがよいからかと独りで呟いてもむなしい。
ともあれ、ここのホステルは「普通の家」といった感じで何故かウィンドウズ７も設置してあり、日本語がまた打てることに。しかし高いドミ６０元。（経験上ドミトリー１ベッド辺りの相場はピンキリだが４０元）
ここ南寧に２３日まで滞在して、諸々の出国準備を済ませてから、２３日朝にバスにてベトナムの首都、ハノイに入ります。
国境沿いといってもここからバスだと７～８時間、列車だと１２～１３時間を要しますが、いずれにせよ陸路で国境越えをするのは初めてなので心配半分、楽しみ半分といったところ。
基本的に体力自慢な方ではないので１都市５～７日程度滞在するカメ型の

中国人の気質
今日のブログ記事は以下のとおりです。
明日の夜、南寧に移動します。
「中国人」といったときに、どれだけの多様性を持った人を自分が言及しているのかということをイメージするとしたら、
「ヨーロッパ人」と言って一言で括るのに等しい無謀さだと思います。
が、それでもあえて僕が感じた独断的印象を言わせてもらえれば、良くも悪くも体裁というか、見た目を気にしないところでしょうか。
北京大学に留学している友人によると、毎朝（毎週末だったかも、間違ってたらS君ごめん！）構内の庭で英語の発音練習をする学生がいらっしゃるとのこと。
一方で今日のような雨の日は、非常にかわいらしいピンク色の傘をさした紳士たちが歩く姿をよく目にします。
先日ミルクティーを買った際にキティちゃんのパッケージでもらっただけでうろたえる自身の未熟さを思い知ります。
最近はやや中華料理に食傷気味で、パン類に逃避する機会が増えてきました。
長旅の先輩諸氏に比べれば4ヶ月なんでほんの僅かな期間ということは分かってはいるのに、
甘やかされた一日本人ということを痛感します、が、コントロール出来ないことを嘆いてもしょうがない。
残りの一ヵ月半、楽しめ、自分
明日の夜、南寧に移動します。
「中国人」といったときに、どれだけの多様性を持った人を自分が言及しているのかということをイメージするとしたら、
「ヨーロッパ人」と言って一言で括るのに等しい無謀さだと思います。
が、それでもあえて僕が感じた独断的印象を言わせてもらえれば、良くも悪くも体裁というか、見た目を気にしないところでしょうか。
北京大学に留学している友人によると、毎朝（毎週末だったかも、間違ってたらS君ごめん！）構内の庭で英語の発音練習をする学生がいらっしゃるとのこと。
一方で今日のような雨の日は、非常にかわいらしいピンク色の傘をさした紳士たちが歩く姿をよく目にします。
先日ミルクティーを買った際にキティちゃんのパッケージでもらっただけでうろたえる自身の未熟さを思い知ります。
最近はやや中華料理に食傷気味で、パン類に逃避する機会が増えてきました。
長旅の先輩諸氏に比べれば4ヶ月なんでほんの僅かな期間ということは分かってはいるのに、
甘やかされた一日本人ということを痛感します、が、コントロール出来ないことを嘆いてもしょうがない。

7/14 To be fast,to be hurry?
Hello
I arrived Guiyang just now,stay here for 5days and go to Nanning,then
planning to go Vietnam.
My Chinese friend told me west part of China are filled with Nature,
may be what you call 水墨画の世界.(but relatively poor)And those east part,
or costal area are developing rapidly,like Shanghai or Guangzhou.
Anyway,today's blog goes as follows.
I used Rapid train from Wuhan to Guizhou,which is the city now I'm staying.
There coming more and more faster train in China,like Shinkansen or
something I don't know what they called,but faster one anyway.
And more faster,more expensive,and more easiert to get ticket,because
people in China tend to prefer cheaper one.(and its usually just a few
hour difference,which doensn't mean much for most of people)
And its more and more hard to get good seat,because of summer vacation
for students,I sometimes ended up buying those Shinkansen ticket or
faster one.
But for the poor student tourist, what't the point arriving
destination few hours earlier.
Well... I sometimes be too judgemental...
But the beautiful scenary outside of the window made me express in this way,
Try to use those slower train when you visit west side of China!

hicky traveller and variety of way to travel
Hello
Here in Wuhan it rains 6days in a streak these days...
Today's blog goes as follows.
If there are 100 travelers, there are 100 styles of traveling.
Last week, I was stuck in my dorm room for a few days because of my cold in Wuhan.
And there came a man with a big backpack. He said he's from 山西 province,
and complained about the city of Wuhan lots of time. Weather is bad, city
is not that big as 武汉人 say,etc... And watching movie on his PC all day
long, for at least 3 or 4days.
What I'm saying is, not whether his way of traveling is good or bad. My image of traveling before I started my trip was stereotyped.
As I wrote on my blog for several times, most everyone have their own
PC, and common room of youth hostel is filled with those people who
surf net and talk on SKYPE or chat.
Not to say, there's exception and the friend I made so far are those
people from exception, for some reason.
My travel goes on like this...

Getting sick in China
Hello
I had slight cold for these 4 or 5days.
Take it positively,it won't be any worse from here.
I have 50days left.
And it seems to me I feel July will be the longest, because I can't
stop count down the day I go back to Japan, which doesn't necessarily
mean I don't enjoy these moments.
I'm still in 武汉, and goes to 贵州，which is one of the places I have been looking forward to visiting before I came to China.

Funny travel on the hard seat in China.2
During the 12hours trip, I sat with 3 other passengers in the box seat.
One lady next to me, one girl on the other side, and a man in front.
Until then, we were all stuck on screen as I wrote in the previous article.
"Ok ok, this is the way we travel in 2010, no one wanna make friends on the train, and just watch screen(including me)"
But I was a little bit tired with reading Kindle, and shifted to read usual paper book.
And a girl in front gazed at me for a few seconds and said, "Can you read Japanese too?" since she already saw I was reading Mainichi Daily English version on Kindle.
"Of course, since I'm from Japan" I replied, with poor Chinese.
"Where you from?"she asked(which is a often used phrase even among Chinese)
"You didn't hear what I said? I am from Japan, and I am Japanese" I replied.
"What!? You from Japan? Hey guys, there's Japanese over here!" She all of a sudden screamed and said to the other passengers surrounded by. All the eyes in the coach turned into me, and she said,
"Can I take a video of you? I wanna show it to my friends" and started to take video by her
cell-phone.
No wait... this is not the world's end nor South Africa, rather I'm in one of the closest country from Japan.
"There must be so many Japanese in Hangzhou, right?" I said.
She replied,"There are some, but not so many Chinese-like Japanese like you!"
Ok, ok, I gave up and let her take video for minutes.
In the end, the man in front of me said, "Japanese must have so much money, why are you using this kind of seat for poor people?"
Again stupid stereotype, you see poor Japanese tourist right in front of you...
Well, it's exhausting, but very fun trip in midnight...
